How do you care for FRUCS Textiles?
Our purpose is to create unique, hand-printed products that are free of harmful chemicals which is why we use water-based inks and natural fibers.
Caring for our products is simple: SPOT CLEAN/HAND WASH ONLY COLD WATER AND GENTLE SOAP. LINE DRY OR FLAT DRY WARM IRON IF NECESSARY
Our products are exclusively for decorative purposes.
What is your shipping policy?
DOMESTIC SHIPPING OPTIONS
USPS: All domestic orders will be shipped via USPS which includes tracking. Estimated shipping time is 3-7 days. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Shipping Issues: Once your order leaves FRUCS, all shipping liability lies with USPS. If you have any delivery issues please file a claim with USPS. After the package is marked as delivered by USPS, packages become the customer's responsibility. FRUCS cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING OPTIONS
Unfortunately, we cannot offer international shipping for pillows with inserts, and framed wall art at this time. We do ship all pillow covers, unframed wall art, decor objects, and our table and kitchen collection.
USPS International Economy: All international orders will be shipped via USPS International Priority Mail at a flat rate from $25.85. This includes tracking and delivery takes 6-10 days once it is customs-cleared.
Duties and Taxes:Please note that international customers are responsible for duties and taxes in the destination country. FRUCS cannot estimate or cover duties or customer on international shipping.
What is your return policy?
We love our customers and want you to be ecstatic about your FRUCS Textile purchase.
We will gladly exchange your purchase for another item at equal price within 5 days after receiving the package. The merchandise must be in perfect condition as received and with the original packaging. If you continue to be unsatisfied with the replacement, we will issue you a store credit upon return of the item. We do not offer refunds. Customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
